The hot naked burrito bar and the hot taco bar include the choice of cilantro-lime rice or seasoned brown rice, choice of black or pinto beans, and marinated grilled chicken and steak. The hot taco bar replaces the rice and beans with flour tortillas and corn taco shells. In addition, three salsas- Salsa Roja, Salsa Verde, Pico de Gallo, cheese, sour cream, hand-smashed Guacamole, and handmade tortilla chips are included with these options. Of course necessities such as napkins, serving utensils, and disposable cutlery come with the order. In these option desserts, such as double chocolate brownies and chocolate chip cookies, and beverages are optional. What sets Qdoba Catering menu apart is their boxed lunches. For events or meetings that need a portable option boxed lunches are provided with a choice of either vegetarian burrito, adaobo-marinated grilled chicken burrito, or grilled steak burrito. They are also included with handmade tortilla chips, Salsa Verde, choice of chocolate brownie or chocolate chip cookie, and optional beverage. Lastly, the add-ons consist of all things mentioned above in most cases of either 4-6 servings or 20 servings.
