PF Chang’s China Bistro Inc. is a U.S. casual dining restaurant chain which is centered on an Asian-theme and serves Asian cuisine. Founded in 1993 by Paul Fleming and Philip Chiang (hence the PF Chang brand name), the first restaurant was opened in Arizona. Interestingly, P.F. Chang’s is the largest full service, casual dining Chinese restaurant chain located in the U.S. P.F.
